Jesus says, “Whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours” (Mark 11:24 NIV). Notice this verse says, “Believe that you have received it” — that’s past tense. And “it will be yours” — that’s future tense. In other words, you must believe to receive.
