Forgive Because You Are Forgiven

Many of us still carry deep wounds that were inflicted months, maybe even years, ago. And maybe when you think about that person who hurt you, it’s still as fresh as if it happened this morning. The pain is still there, and you’re still filled with resentment. You say, “Why in the world should I forgive that person who hurt me so much? You have no idea how much they hurt me. Why should I offer grace to that person?”

Get the New Daily Hope App

With this newly improved app, you can listen to Daily Hope broadcasts and easily read the daily devotional right from your phone.

Many friends like you wrote to us and told us that the font in our former app was hard to read. We listened, and the new app gives you an easy-to-read black font that you can adjust in size to make reading a breeze!

The new Daily Hope app is available for both iOS and Android devices. Just go to the iTunes store or Google Play store and download it today.

A Word from Pastor Rick: Give Yourself Some Grace

Dear Friend,

As we head into the holiday season, it’s likely your plate will get full. In fact, you may even drop a few plates along the way. Please don’t get discouraged if you do.

You need the freedom to relax and accept God’s grace for the everyday activities of your life. The truth is, we need to learn to give grace to ourselves as much as anyone else. Too often we’re trapped in a cycle of perfectionism that leaves us feeling defeated.
