God Brings Good out of What Feels Bad

By Rick Warren

We know from the Bible that God is always working in your life for good.

But the Bible also says we’ll hit some hard times too. That’s part of life. None of us can escape troubles. Jesus explained this in John 16:33: “Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows” (NLT).

There are two ways you can deal with those trials . . .

Find Hope for Your Pain

When you’re going through difficulties in life, it can be challenging, isolating, and painful.

Yet no matter what you’re going through, you can find hope in God’s Word. To help you discover (or rediscover) real and lasting hope, we want to send you a copy of Journey Toward Hope, a one-of-a-kind resource created by Kay Warren . . .

You’re a Voice of Hope for Lonely Prisoners

Your generosity helps bring Daily Hope to prisoners in Canada by providing Pastor Rick’s Bible teaching on ARC devices, or solar-powered radios, that are distributed by local partners.

So far, with the help of friends like you, 4,309 devices have been delivered to 51 Canadian prisons . . .

A Word from Pastor Rick

Dear Friend,

The COVID-19 (coronavirus) crisis is unprecedented in our lifetime. The fear and uncertainty of this pandemic can be crippling. That’s why it is more important than ever to seek the hope found in God’s Word.

To live with hope in the middle of a crisis like the coronavirus, you have to change your focus, shift your perspective, and live in light of eternity. In the Bible, Revelation 21:4 says "Then God will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death, and no more mourning, and no more crying, and no more pain, for the old order of things will pass away."

This is not the end of the story . . .
