A way to tell God thanks

There’s one way to tell him thanks that we often overlook.

juonec4dmodels.poster@blogger.com,

During this holiday season, many of us will take time to thank God for the things he’s done in our lives. But there’s one way to tell God thanks that we often overlook: sharing your testimony with others.

In Isaiah 12:4, the Bible says, "Thank the Lord! Praise his name! Tell the world about his wondrous love. How mighty he is!" (TLB).

When you give your testimony, you’re simply telling others about what God has done for you, and in the process, you’re expressing gratitude to God. You’re not only letting others know about what God is doing in your life; you’re also modeling an attitude of gratitude.

The Bible says, "Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus” (1 Thessalonians 5:18 NIV). God’s will for our lives is to be grateful in all circumstances. God wants thankfulness to be our lifestyle.

That being said, I want to tell you how thankful I am for your support of Daily Hope!

I see God moving in so many lives because of your partnership. Your generosity is part of your testimony, and God is using your support to help give others hope. God will ultimately build their faith and their testimony will encourage others!

May God bless you this holiday season,

Pastor Rick

P.S. What has God done in your life that you need to share with someone who is struggling? I encourage you to grab coffee with them, send them a text message, or even write them an encouraging letter. What a wonderful way to “tell God thanks” for what he’s done in your life!
